Nine Stone Close

Nine Stones Close is a stone circle, west of Stanton moor and close to a rocky outcrop called Robin Hood's stride. It has been claimed that the Moon, in one of its extremes, sets behind the rocks when viewed from the centre of Nine Stone Close.
