AIRO CAM deployment

The objective is to make the Airo CAM more efficent and more realiable in the field. There are certain factors that need consideration. The first factor is to know the field of view and what the height needs to be. Secondly, we need to achieve a "run-up" which measures the wind direction/speed and also the terrian of the Land.
